ROLE OVERVIEW
We are an established State Farm insurance agency serving a long-standing client base.

We are seeking a bilingual (English + Chinese/Mandarin or Cantonese) Insurance Operations Associate to support daily office operations, assist clients, and help keep the office running smoothly and consistently.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values stability, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide bilingual (Chinese/English) customer service support
• Assist clients with policy changes, documentation, and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Support daily office and administrative operations
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow
QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English required
• Active California insurance license preferred (licensing support may be provided)
• Previous customer service or office support experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with routine, structured work
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly compensation: $22-$25 per hour
