Dorrit Emerich State Farm is seeking a friendly, customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and becoming a trusted resource for customers throughout their insurance journey.

As an Insurance Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting existing customers, answering questions, assisting with policy changes, and helping ensure clients feel confident and protected. While there will be opportunities to educate customers about additional products and services that may benefit them, the primary focus of this role is providing outstanding customer care and strengthening long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional service and support to existing and prospective customers

• Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, coverage inquiries, and account maintenance

• Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally while providing effective solutions

• Conduct policy reviews to help customers better understand their coverage and protection options

• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up

• Educate customers on products and services that may help meet their changing needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records

• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience

Licensing Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start

• If not currently licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license before starting

• Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided
