RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate existing customers about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Targeted outreach to existing customers to offer additional products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Existing P&C insurance license in the state of California preferred but not required.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is required (any experience talking to customers in a professional setting)
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
