ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Inside Customer Support Representative. Vietnamese English bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base. Part time and Full time candidates, college students are encouraged to join with office hour from Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide knowledgeable support on insurance policies, coverage options, claims, and billing inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including assisting Vietnamese-speaking clients
- Support insurance agents with policy management and customer service tasks
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers understand insurance options
- Accurately maintain records and documentation in agency systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated to meet goals and contribute to agency growth
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

SCHEDULE:
- Part time and Full-time position with standard office hours Monday to Friday.
Compensación: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
