ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an outgoing person to work in a fun office atmosphere. If you enjoy talking with people and getting to know what types of insurance products will help them, as a sales account representative you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You help grow business through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must have a quick problem-solving skills
- Must get 2-20 or 4-40 license, or currently hold active license
- Base pay and bonus based on experience and licenses held
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
