RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and guide them through their required requests.
- Assist customers with protecting their assets and updating coverages.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- AS AN AGENT TEAM MEMBER YOU WILL RECEIVE -
- Salary plus commission/bonus based on experience
- Option to participate in 401K with max match

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
