Our agency opened in 1992 and is a close-knit team of three dedicated to serving our customers and community. From the beginning, I’ve been driven by a passion for communication and helping people improve their lives, which led me to a career in insurance.
I’m a graduate of Southern University of Baton Rouge and a proud spouse and parent of four. As a family, we enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors whenever we can. Giving back is a big part of what we do. We stay actively involved in the community by supporting local organizations, providing scholarships to students, offering meals during the holidays, and supporting teachers and administrators at local schools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
