ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and has grown into a strong team of eight who truly enjoy working together. I previously worked in State Farm corporate and am a second-generation State Farm agent (my mother was an agent), so this business has always been close to my heart.

I’m a Weber State University alum, married with four kids, and love spending time outdoors hiking and staying active. I also enjoy event planning, which probably explains why we’re big on celebrating milestones and team wins in our office. Family keeps me grounded, and that same family-first mindset shapes our culture.

Our office is extremely family-friendly. We offer 10 vacation days, paid major holidays, licensing paid up front, and regular weekly and monthly promotions for goals met. We hold consistent team meetings focused on development and growth, and we make it a point to celebrate big milestones together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kallee Genta - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
