ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a growing team of six focused on building a high-performing and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in B2B sales and also worked with another State Farm agent for four years, which helped build a strong foundation in both sales and customer relationships.

For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance with flexibility when possible.

Our office culture is fun, competitive, and team-oriented. We work hard, collaborate well, and enjoy a little friendly competition along the way. We like to joke around and keep things light, so a good sense of humor goes a long way. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset who is a true team player—motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
