Role Overview
As a Sales and Service Team Member, you’ll be the face of our agency — helping clients find the right protection for their families, homes, and businesses. You’ll deliver exceptional service, support sales goals, and contribute to a positive office environment. Training and licensing support are provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and recommend State Farm products
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing assistance
- Handle customer service inquiries, policy updates, and billing support
- Support office marketing and community engagement efforts
- Use a consultative approach to educate clients on coverage options
- Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with customers
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and self-motivated to achieve goals
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish-speaking ability highly valued

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
