ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Antonette Consalvi, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences with an established client base. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. You must be eager to learn new AI tools that have recently been released and help the agency integrate them into improve the customer experience and enhance your training.
The position requires the candidate obtain a Property/Casualty license with the State of Illinois. Expenses are paid by the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Update client records using newly released AI tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience helpful but not required.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Ability to think analytically.
- Share knowledge and enhance team learning.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
