ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a small, close-knit team focused on maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years as a team member, building a solid foundation in the business.

I’m a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio and take pride in both my work and community involvement. We stay actively involved by supporting organizations like Manning Children’s Hospital, pediatric brain cancer research, and groups such as Soaring Spirits International.

For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Donna Vaughn - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
