What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer questions, solve problems, and guide customers through their insurance needs
- Help process policy changes, payments, and service requests
- Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported and taken care of
- Work alongside a supportive team that values collaboration and growth
What We’re Looking For
- A people-first attitude and strong communication skills
- A positive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to Pass the Insurance State Property and Casualty Exam

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in two towns: Niles & North side of Chicago.
- We currently have 17 team members at our agency.
- We have 144 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
