ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Insurance Account Manager – Base Pay + Bonus + PTO
  • Location: Verona, VA
    Pay: $40,000–$60,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations 
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
  • Recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales or account management preferred
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
