ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Insurance Account Manager – Base Pay + Bonus + PTO
- Location: Verona, VA
Pay: $40,000–$60,000/year (base + commissions + bonuses) - Join a growing insurance agency where you can build customer relationships, develop sales skills, and grow your career in a supportive team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues
- Recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales or account management preferred
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations
