Robbie Streett State Farm is looking for a true closer—a competitive, high-energy Acquisition Specialist who loves the chase, follows up relentlessly, and knows how to turn conversations into committed customers. This is not a “wait for leads” role. It’s for someone who creates momentum, stays on the phone, and finishes what they start.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively prospect, quote, and close new business (daily activity matters)
- Follow up fast and consistently—you don’t let opportunities go cold
- Explain and recommend insurance products with confidence and clarity
- Own the process from first contact → application → renewal
- Handle objections professionally and keep deals moving forward
- Keep accurate, organized records and pipeline notes (details close deals)
What We’re Looking For
- Competitive “bulldog” drive with strong follow-through
- Comfortable hearing “no” and staying positive and persistent
- Strong communication and people skills—you can build trust quickly
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and accountable
- Sales/customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
- Licensing: P&C and Life/Health] or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
