ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five built on strong relationships and a customer-first approach. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a background in social services, which continues to shape how we care for and support our customers.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. I’m a proud wife and mother of three, with a dog and three tortoises, and I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Gundaker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $20,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year
