ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with the Tennessee Titans and served in the Marine Corps, bringing discipline, leadership, and a team-first mindset into the business.

I attended Lipscomb University and am married with three kids. We enjoy spending time outdoors and attending sporting events together. We stay involved in the community through our church and various humanitarian efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Clayton Blunt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
