Our agency opened in August 2007 and is a team of five focused on delivering high-level service and financial guidance to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a corporate vice president for a Fortune 500 company and helped build businesses from the ground up. I made the transition to agency ownership to create something of my own and better serve my community.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University and have earned professional designations including CLU and ChFC, along with a Wealth Management Certified Professional designation through The American College of Financial Services. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese, which helps us connect with a broader range of customers.
We are deeply involved in the community, supporting youth sports, veterans through Honor Flight, trade school scholarships, and local initiatives like Meals on Wheels.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Currently licensed applicants preferred.
