Our agency opened in August 2007 and is a team of five focused on delivering high-level service and financial guidance to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a corporate vice president for a Fortune 500 company and helped build businesses from the ground up. I made the transition to agency ownership to create something of my own and better serve my community.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University and have earned professional designations including CLU and ChFC, along with a Wealth Management Certified Professional designation through The American College of Financial Services. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese, which helps us connect with a broader range of customers.
We are deeply involved in the community, supporting youth sports, veterans through Honor Flight, trade school scholarships, and local initiatives like Meals on Wheels.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Rollo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
