We are seeking a professional, organized, and people-focused Customer Service Manager to help lead our Customer Excellence team and ensure every policyholder receives a high level of care, communication, and support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, building relationships, and creating a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Our agency operates three State Farm offices serving the Memphis area and has consistently been recognized for strong performance, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Customer Excellence/Service team across multiple office locations
- Help ensure policyholders receive timely, professional, and caring service
- Monitor customer follow-up, onboarding, retention, and service workflows
- Coach and develop team members on communication, professionalism, and service standards
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalated service situations
- Work closely with agency leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Maintain accountability around service expectations, responsiveness, and daily workflow management
- Support customer retention initiatives and relationship-building efforts
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Background in customer service, office management, banking, hospitality, insurance, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable coaching and supporting team members
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
