I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent seven years as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the customer-focused culture we’ve built today.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, working out, and prioritizing mental health and personal growth. I’m passionate about educating customers and helping them make the best decisions for themselves and their families. My goal is to make insurance and financial conversations approachable, relatable, and genuinely helpful.
I stay involved in the community through work with the Houston Food Bank, sponsorships for local dance teams, and hosting community events during our office anniversaries. Building strong local relationships is something we care deeply about.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
