ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2023 and is a growing team of two with a strong focus on building something meaningful from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm corporate and completed the Agent Aspirant program. I also come from a State Farm family, which helped shape my passion for the business early on.

I grew up in a Midwest farm town and come from a big family. Outside of work, I’m very involved in music - I play guitar, sing, and enjoy staying active with sports like basketball.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Austin Grusy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
