What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help customers understand their insurance needs, identify opportunities to provide better protection, and support the continued growth of the agency.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Educate customers on insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, health, and business insurance
- Identify opportunities to help customers improve their coverage and protect what matters most
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospects in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent service while also recognizing opportunities to grow the agency
- Support customer retention through proactive communication and thoughtful service
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, professional, and customer-focused office environment
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is professional, coachable, relationship-driven, and motivated to grow. The right person will enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and being part of a team that values both service and performance.
Ideal qualifications include:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer service, sales, or office experience preferred
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable having conversations about customer needs and coverage options
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Must be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses if not already licensed
