In this role you will help grow our agency through meaningful customer interactions and proactively marketing State Farm products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, outbound calls, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.
- Provide Quotes, multi-line, pivot and service existing policyholders.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
- Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain.
- State Farm experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $43,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
