Our growing State Farm agency is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers while helping them protect what matters most.

This position is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Current Property & Casualty License (Required)
Current Life & Health License (Required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and positive attitude
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Insurance agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage
Support retention and relationship-building efforts
Work closely with team members to provide remarkable customer service
Assist with agency marketing and customer outreach initiatives

Additional Expectations

Must be willing to participate in community events, networking activities, and agency-sponsored marketing events
Occasional evening and weekend availability required for events and customer-facing activities
