RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales & Business Development: Generate new client relationships through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Needs Analysis & Quoting: Evaluate prospective clients’ financial situations and risks to recommend tailored auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
- Client Retention: Provide exceptional ongoing customer service, process policy reviews, and assist clients through the claims process.

Agency Operations: Master the fundamentals of running a profitable business, including budgeting, CRM lead management, and staffing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A strong desire to build, own, and scale your own independent business.
- Flexible: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Experience: Proven background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Licensing: Ability to obtain (or current possession of) Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
