Experienced State Farm Sales Producers Wanted!

Mary Henry State Farm is hiring a competitive, results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to grow new business in a fully remote Acquisitions Specialist role. This is a highly sales-focused position for a proven producer who enjoys prospecting, building a pipeline, overcoming objections, and closing business.

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must already be fully licensed and have successful State Farm agency sales experience.

Required Qualifications

At least one year of State Farm agency experience.
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Documented history of meeting or exceeding insurance sales goals; ability to verify prior production.
Ability to provide a positive professional reference from a former State Farm agent.
Working knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes.
Proven ability to prospect, follow up, cross-sell, and close business.
Self-discipline and accountability to produce results while working remotely.

What You'll Do

Generate new business through outbound calls, leads, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
Identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective customers.
Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and convert leads into new customers.
Pursue Life insurance and cross-selling opportunities.
Track activity, applications, and production against established sales goals.
Maintain accurate records and provide professional customer follow-up.
