What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails.
  • Build relationships within the community to generate awareness, referrals, and new business opportunities.
  • Help customers identify protection gaps and explore auto, home, life, and financial product options that align with their needs.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through our CRM.
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events that drive agency growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth goals.
  • Take ownership of your activity, follow-up, and personal production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or relationship management is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are even more important.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. We provide training and support throughout the licensing process.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
