Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and supporting one another. I began my career as an Agent Aspirant right out of college and worked as a team member for two years before opening my own agency.
For our team, we offer a Simple IRA with employer match, health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also enjoy early Fridays, team lunches during the holidays, and rotating half-days each month to support flexibility.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taylor Lambert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
