ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry. After seeing the success of several friends who became agents, I became interested in the insurance business and was drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own while helping people protect what matters most.

I attended Morehouse College and have a passion for both golf and music. In fact, I’ve been a DJ for over 25 years, and music has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy bringing that same energy, creativity, and connection with people into the agency.

Our agency offers work-life balance, licensing reimbursement, and a $1,000 bonus for team members who complete their licensing within the desired timeframe. We believe in rewarding initiative and helping people get off to a strong start in their careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marquez Harris - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
