I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, I'm a professional musician who studied music in college, and I also enjoy painting, especially watercolor. Creativity and building relationships are a big part of who I am.
Our agency is passionate about serving the community. We partner with local churches, community organizations, small businesses, and the police department to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
