I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another State Farm agency, giving me firsthand experience in the business. I'm a graduate of the University of North Florida, have three children and two grandchildren, and enjoy spending time with my pets and horses.
Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency participates in local traditions like the BBQ Festival, Squealing on the Square, the Reindeer Run, and the annual Christmas parade.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Angela Marlett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
