ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. I've been with State Farm for 26 years, and becoming an agent was always a goal of mine - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, so I grew up seeing the impact this career can have. I'm a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Human Resources, have three children, and enjoy golfing and spending time with family and friends.
Giving back to our community is important to our agency. We enjoy volunteering and supporting our local food pantry, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact.

As an Account Associate for Jason Frantz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Jason Frantz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
