ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead an experienced team of nine. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims and as a company trainer, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and professional development. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and my master’s degree from Western Illinois University. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of two and enjoy traveling and staying active through exercise.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. I’m involved with the Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Heights Noon Rotary Club, and our agency regularly participates in local events and opportunities to support the community we’ve served for many years.

Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing reimbursement, team-building events, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where people can build successful careers while still having time for the things that matter outside of work.

Our culture is family-oriented, supportive, and built around people who take ownership of their work. I’m looking for self-motivated individuals who are ready to contribute, learn, and become an important part of the team. If you value a positive workplace and want to join an established agency with decades of experience and strong community roots, we’d love to meet you.
