ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Natasha Heykoop - State Farm Agent, we're not your average insurance office. We're a fun, fast-paced, growing team that works hard, laughs often, and genuinely cares about the people we serve.
We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Associate who's organized, outgoing, motivated, and ready to make a difference! If you're a people person who loves solving problems, building relationships, and turning a good customer experience into a GREAT one, keep reading!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- π¬ Be the friendly voice and smiling face our English- and Spanish-speaking customers love working with!
- π€ Build genuine relationships and help customers feel like family.
- π‘ Assist customers with insurance questions, policy changes, and coverage needs.
- π Follow up with customers, solve problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- π‘ Spot opportunities to help customers better protect what matters most.
- π― Help our agency grow through excellent service, referrals, and conversations about insurance products.
- ποΈ Keep customer accounts accurate, organized, and up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are fluent in BOTH English and Spanish β REQUIRED!
- π You're friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
- πͺ You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder.
- π§ You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple priorities.
- β€οΈ You care about doing the right thing for customers.
- π You're motivated by goals, growth, and being part of a winning team.
- π You're willing to learn! Insurance experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are even better.
