Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Professional. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Support the agency’s goals by contributing to a positive, customer-focused experience.
Compensation (As an Agent Team Member, you will receive)
- Salary plus commission/bonus, or
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
