Full-Time Office Manager
Full-Time Office Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Enrollment and Touring prospective families
- Answering parent and prospective parent inquiries via Email and phone.
- Managing the school's social media, website and on-line content
- Maintaining medications and school drills
- Communicating with students and parents with kindness and compassion
- Maintaining student files, including health and immunization records
- Maintaining class ratios
- Coordinating student transitions into new classrooms
- Assisting director with other duties as assigned
Required Work Experience:
- One year experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in a licensed preschool or day care setting.
- Teaching experience in a licensed preschool or day care setting is preferred.
- Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.
Experience driving a 14 passenger bus is a plus!
