What You’ll Do
- Travel to pre-scheduled customer appointments
- Inspect and diagnose garage doors and openers
- Perform repairs and recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Explain repair and replacement options to customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Follow company safety and service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening
