JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an individual that has experience with competitive gymnastics, can work easily with co-workers, and is excited to watch their athletes grow and strive in both practice and competitions. Coaches will support their athletes in learning teamwork, sportsmanship, loyalty and commitment in a positive environment. Through training, coaches will focus on helping their athletes to set attainable goals not only in sport but in life.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep safety foremost for all athletes
- Smile, inject fun in practice and competitions, make corrections to athletes, have good body language, and be animated
- Use lesson plans to teach within set levels and have athletes achieve goals
- Will spot, shape and mold students to perfect skill technique
- Take direction from competitive department leader to increase teamwork and successful training
- Be a team player
- Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and continued progression for athletes

Barron Gymnastics provides high quality gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline instruction to children 14 months through teens along with exceptional special activities like birthday parties, kids activity nights, camps, and more.
