Responsibilities And Requirements include:
Provide exceptional customer service based on thorough product knowledge, communication and follow up skills
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Strive to meet and exceed sales goals as defined by the sales manager
Maintain professional relationships with customer and colleagues
Commercial account managers demonstrate vehicles to customers, close the sale, organize financing and coordinate the delivery of vehicles
You must have the ability to network outside the dealership to generate additional business
Skills
High energy level, self starting and highly motivated
Detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Truck industry knowledge and sales experience Required
