Join the dynamic team at Mr. Rooter of Cook County as a Plumbing and Drain Service Technician! We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to provide top-notch plumbing solutions and exceptional customer service in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize advanced drain cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on plumbing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Valid plumbing license or certification in the state of Illinois.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
