Gary Boxley State Farm Agency is seeking applicants that are willing to build their career to become an Agent with State Farm Insurance Companies. The Agent Aspirant Program is for those that aspire to own a business and encourage a team to assist clients with insurance risk management including a larger portfolio offering which includes auto, home and life insurance.

This sales position helps you develop your skillsets and knowledge while obtaining foundational competencies needed to explore future agency opportunities. You will learn the techniques used to best protect our customers as well as help them achieve their goals and aspirations with State Farm Insurance and its affiliated partners.
Applicants will begin their journey as a Property and Causality and Life and Health Specialist and could transfer to greater opportunity within two years. This role will focus with the everyday home and car insurance policies with also focus and a deep understanding of life insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
· Serve as senior liaison between customer’s needs, administrative staff and Agency Agent
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, processing payments and billing clarification.
- Analyze current client book to identify opportunities to grow and expand the existing business portfolio
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Identify marketing opportunities to assist with agency’s branding and growth
- Provide recommendations to promote agency efficiencies and positively impact ROI and ROE
- Develop strategies to achieve sales goals, increase retention and mitigate loss
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior sales experience and exposure (preferred, but not required).

- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage everyday life.
- Skilled in communicating effectively in writing and in person.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must successfully pass a background check (includes fingerprinting)
- Must obtain insurance license within 30days of employment
- Must successfully complete onboarding process and probationary period
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
