Position: Recruiter/HR professional 
Reports To: CEO/General Manager

We will rely on you to expand our talent pipeline and hire only the best people to join our Paul Davis family.What you’ll do? Build relationships – Work closely with hiring managers and candidates, matching talented people with amazing, rewarding jobs Find and hire top-notch people – Efficiently and quickly screen, interview and make offers On-Board - Provide an exceptional new hire experience  - Play a critical part in developing this new, critical and evolving position Skills you’ll need: 
  • One to three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience 
  • Extreme passion for creating a positive experience for both the candidate and hiring manager 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships 
  • Self-motivation, drive and passion for helping find great people and build a fantastic team 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience in Social Media 
Benefits: PTO – Paid Time off and 8 company-paid holidays, medical, dental, vision benefits, IRA with employer contribution. Company recognition, paid professional and industry certifications and training in a fun, family-focused culture Compensation:$40,000-$50,000 plus bonuses.
