Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and drainage problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.
- Install new plumbing fixtures and appliances, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Document all services performed and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
Requirements:
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and drain service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with plumbing tools and technology.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
