Responsibilities
As an Agent Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including timely follow-ups as needed.
- Delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing details.
- Upholding a strong work ethic with a consistent commitment to success every day.
