- Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
- Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service by presenting Good Feet products following our define fitting protocols and sales processes
- Be capable of initiating and controlling a highly focused, detailed 35-40 minute demonstration focused on educating our clients on how to use Good Feet arch supports to their maximum benefit
- Politely and professionally resolve guest concerns
- Follow-up on all sales made to customers
- Process customer payments, returns and exchanges
- Make sales and set up appointments over the phone
- Achieve and meet company sales productivity standards
- Promote new and existing company programs and offerings
- Restock merchandise
- Professional office-like work environment, no retail mindset
- Fantastic hours, no early mornings or late nights. We operate 10A - 6P Monday - Friday; 10A - 5P Saturday's

- High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred
- Minimum of 2 years with commission-based sales/retail experience
- Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency working with internet based planforms
- Experience with conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Weekends are required
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Ability to perform physical task such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, climbing
