- Provide customer with system orientation if possible
- Proper care and operation of company vehicles
- Inventory management and replenishment
- Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
- Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
- Installation and load-checking of low voltage transformers
- Clean up of all areas affected by installation
- Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
- Speaking with Clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services
- Assisting with home shows
- Transporting marketing materials
- Neighborhood marketing (hanging door tags), distributing flyers
- Maintenance and organization of storage facility
- Has a driver’s license with clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)

- In-depth training and support by OLP will provide necessary knowledge of lighting products, installations, and repair techniques.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Ability to lift and carry up to forty pounds
- Ability to use a trenching shovel for extended periods
- Skill with hand tools such as drills, saws and screwdrivers
- Ability to apply training to diagnosing and repairing lighting systems
