Landscape construction company looking for a project manager to join our growing organization. The position duties and responsibilities include the following: verify all contractual terms and obligations are being met and maintained, prepare and attend project kick off meetings, daily planning and scheduling activities, analyze, monitor project performance data, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, review and furnish submittals and approvals, communicate possible delays or problems to appropriate parties, review and submit engineering plans to municipalities, permitting and inspections duties, and collaborate with sales and purchasing teams. The position is ultimately responsible for bringing a project in on time, within budget, and with a quality finished product.

Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary). Typical work week 55-60 hrs.

Required Skills and Experience

Comprehensive understanding of finance, accounting and basic contracting.
5 Years in Construction related position
Excellent customer services skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
Highly analytical thinking and strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous experience working in a similar position.
Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, Procurement, Finance or related field.
Comprehensive understanding of Sage Contractor 100 Accounting Software.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
