- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
- Remain in constant communication with management and update them on the progress of the patients
- Identify behavioral and mental health concerns and determine the right course of action
- Collaborate with other colleagues
- Adhere with IDPH standards and safety regulations as established by Comfort Keepers management
- Methodical and creative
- Patience, flexibility and love for the healthcare field
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Companionship and Personal Care experience
- A genuine desire to help others
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel at least 30 minutes
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks and drug screening
