National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. NSB is a family owned, “People First” company focused on Insurance Subrogation and Accounts Receivable Management. We have grown for the last 35+ years to become a leading national agency. Quality Assurance Coordinator Job Description: 
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our management staff with ensuring that internal business productivity and quality are being upheld to a high industry standard.
 ·         Monitor agent inbound/outbound calls
·         Assess calls for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
·         Review agent files for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
·         Identify re-training and coaching opportunities
·         Effectively communicate coaching opportunities through the proper channels
·         Support internal quality control policy and procedures
·         Track performance at department, team and individual levels
·         Other duties as assigned 
 
Quality Assurance Coordinator Skills Required:
·         Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office
·         Ability to provide effective feedback both verbally and in writing
·         Exceptional attention to detail
·         Positive attitude and approach
·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·         Experience with operational audits 
·         Ability to work independently and within a team
